*As of December 2013 not all 811 Member Utilities provide ticket status updates. You will have to continue to wait the required time and check the job site before mobilizing equipment to ensure public safety. We continue to encourage all 811 members to participate in Ticket Status Updates to close the communication gap between facility owners and excavators.
